Apple’s App Store
You can use Apple account settings on your device to check the status of your subscription or trial. To cancel your subscription through your device Settings, follow these steps:
- On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings
- Tap on your Apple ID to see your account settings.
- Then tap on Subscriptions. There, you will find all your the subscriptions.
- You can see that the Otsimo apps are also listed. This list shows both the active and inactive or expired subscriptions.
- Select the app you want to manage your subscriptions in.
Google Play Store
You can use your Google Play account on your device to check your subscription status. To cancel your subscription through your device, follow these steps:
- Open the Google Play store app.
- Tap the Account icon in the top right corner.
- Then tap Payments & Subscriptions.
- There, tap Subscriptions.
- You will see your active and expired subscriptions from here and the corresponding dates.
- You can cancel your subscriptions from here.
